Dalton Preston

Dalton is committed to serving clients with integrity, professionalism and care. Guided by a fiduciary mindset, he takes the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances and priorities while helping them make informed decisions about their financial future.

A Missouri native, Dalton graduated from the University of Missouri in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Go Tigers! After briefly living and working in the Kansas City area, he moved to South Florida in 2018 and joined a Registered Investment Advisor. There, he gained valuable experience in investment management, portfolio management, trading and financial planning.

Dalton returned to Missouri in 2023 and settled near Saint Joseph, where he continued his career as a financial advisor. He has since earned the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation from The American College of Financial Services.

Outside the office, Dalton enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, reading, watching movies and sports, and playing video games. An enthusiastic traveler, he especially enjoys discovering new places and experiences throughout the United States and around the world.

Dalton also enjoys spending time on his family’s farm near Trenton, Missouri, and is working toward a lifelong goal of earning his private pilot certificate. He is also a history enthusiast, whether you want to discuss investments, financial planning or the Roman Empire, Dalton is your guy.
