Sonia has held various roles that have allowed her to hone her skills in customer service and leadership. As the Membership Director at St. Joseph Country Club, she worked closely with members to foster relationships. In her previous role as an Office Manager at a dental office in Lawrence, Kansas, Sonia was responsible for overseeing daily operations and providing outstanding service to patients. Additionally, Sonia has experience as a Senior Education Consultant at Sephora, where she developed and delivered training programs that enhanced the customer experience.
One of Sonia’s proudest achievements occurred during her time at St. Joseph Country Club, where she set a record by adding 62 new members in a single month—an accomplishment that remains the highest in the club’s history. This success is a testament to Sonia’s dedication, strong communication skills, and her ability to build meaningful relationships, all of which contributed to exceptional growth for the club.
Family is at the heart of everything Sonia does. She is blessed with four amazing grandkids who bring her endless joy. A huge animal lover, she enjoys spending time outdoors, whether she’s gardening or kayaking on the water.
